Who we are

Deimos is a software studio operated by Aleksandar Radivojević and Danilo Radivojević, based in Leskovac, Serbia. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Deimos. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data.

What data we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run this website:

• Contact details you give us. When you use our contact form or write to us, we receive your name, email address, the service you selected, and the contents of your message.
• Correspondence. If you reach us by email, WhatsApp, or Viber, we keep those messages so we can reply and follow up.
• Technical data. Our hosting and network providers automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, to keep the site secure and available.
• Analytics data. If you consent, we use analytics, including heatmaps and session replays, to understand how visitors use the site. See our Cookie Policy for details.

How and why we use your data

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• To respond to your enquiry and provide our services. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform a contract with you.
• To keep the website secure, available, and working correctly. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a safe and reliable site.
• To measure and improve the site through analytics. This is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To meet legal obligations, where the law requires us to keep or disclose certain information.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

• Vercel, our website hosting provider.
• Cloudflare, our DNS and network security provider.
• Our email provider, used to receive and reply to your messages.
• Google Analytics, used for website analytics where you have consented.
• Microsoft Clarity, used for analytics, heatmaps, and session replay where you have consented.
• WhatsApp and Viber, if you choose to contact us through them, under their own privacy policies.

These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements, or as independent controllers where you contact them directly.

International transfers

Some of our providers are based outside Serbia and the European Economic Area. Where your data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and correspondence data for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you contact us again or to meet legal requirements. Analytics data is retained according to the settings described in our Cookie Policy. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Serbian law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Ask us to delete your data.
• Restrict or object to how we process your data.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@deimos.agency. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, or with your local supervisory authority in the European Economic Area.

Children

Our website and services are not directed at children under 15, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Please check back occasionally.
