Case study
A complete digital operation for an independent optician.
Optika Cajs sells prescription eyewear in Leskovac. We built them a storefront that sells online, an engine that reads a prescription straight from a photo, and a back office their own staff run. No rented platform, no monthly lock-in.

The storefront
A store that looks the part, and sells.
Independent opticians get pushed onto generic webshops that were never built to sell prescription lenses. Optika Cajs wanted their own: an editorial storefront that carries the brands they stock and turns a browser into a booking or an order.
The engine
It reads the prescription for the customer.
Buying lenses online usually means decoding a prescription yourself. We took that away. Upload a photo of the prescription and the engine reads the values in; the customer just confirms them, then picks lenses in plain language.
Reads from a photo.
The values are pulled off an uploaded prescription automatically, so nobody retypes SPH, CYL and axis by hand.
Always verified.
Anything the reader filled in is marked in amber for the customer to check. It never silently trusts the machine.
Plain language, not jargon.
Instead of asking for a lens type, it asks how you live: distance, driving, reading, screens. The right lens follows.
The back office
Software the staff actually own.
Behind the store is a custom admin the Optika Cajs team run themselves: products and collections, a lens pricing matrix, the EUR to RSD rate and its rounding, and a switch for the prescription reader. No third-party plugins to rent, no developer needed to change a price.

We turn the manual parts of a business into software it owns.
Phone-bound bookings, copy-paste orders, a spreadsheet holding the whole operation together. If that sounds like yours, that is the work we do.
